  • Position: full-time Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor
  • Qualifications:
    1. Holds a PhD in science or engineering from a globally well-known university.
    2. Has ability to teach and conduct a research, and strong in any specific field(s) as mentioned below
  1. Materials for Next-generation Semiconductor Manufacturing
  2. Development of Materials for 3D IC
  3. Semiconductor IC Design
  4. Artificial Intelligence System and Technology
  5. Advanced VLSI Device Technology
  6. Semiconductor Memory Technology
  7. Power Semiconductor Device
  8. MEMS and Sensor Technologies
  9. Advanced Semiconductor Process Technology
  10. Advanced Semiconductor Research & Development, manufacturing, and packaging
    1. Capable of course planning, student mentoring, and project management.
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Teach and conduct a research.
    2. Apply for research projects and mentor graduate students.
    3. Participate in college administrative affairs.
