【Notice】2025 Sept. 半導體研究學院「中華校區上課」行前通知(9/26週五)

【交通注意事項】

1. 本次到中華校區上課，搭乘遊覽車者，為便於聯繫，當天手機請務必開機，並隨時留意來電。For those taking the shuttle bus to Chung Hua University, please keep your phone turned on and stay alert for calls or messages on the day of the trip to facilitate coordination.
2. 請依下列指定時間、地點報到：

集合時間：發車前10分鐘

發車時間：(上午&中午場) 9:40 / 12:45、(下午場)15:00

集合地點：清大校本部大禮堂前
 

Please arrive at the designated location on time:

Meeting Time: 10 minutes before departure

Departure Times:

Day session: 9:40A.M.; 12:45 PM; Afternoon session: 3:00 PM

Meeting Point: In front of the Auditorium, NTHU Main Campus

3. 週五場次已安排車班，資訊已公告於eeclass

上午場共2台遊覽車，分為AB車，人數到齊即可發車，車掌為助教。

中午場C車，人數到齊始得發車，切勿遲到，車掌為助教。

下午場D車，人數到齊始得發車，切勿遲到，車掌為助教。

Transportation for Friday’s sessions has been arranged; details are on the eeclass.
For the morning session, there will be two tour buses (Bus A and Bus B). The buses will depart once all passengers have arrived. A teaching assistant will serve as the bus leader.

For the noon session (Bus C), the bus will depart only when all passengers are present. Please be punctual. A teaching assistant will serve as the bus leader.

For the afternoon session (Bus D), the same rule applies: the bus will depart only when all passengers are present. Please do not be late. A teaching assistant will serve as the bus leader.

4. 下課後請同學前往「中華大學活動中心前廣場」集合搭車，以利準時發車返程；發車時間為(中午場)12:15、(下午場)15:15、(傍晚場)17:20。

After class, please proceed to the plaza in front of the Activity Center at Chung Hua University to board the bus. This will help ensure an on-time departure for the return trip.

Departure times are as follows:

Noon session: 12:15 PM; Afternoon session: 3:15 PM; Evening session: 5:20 PM

2. 當天請著輕便褲裝及休閒鞋為佳。Please wear comfortable pants and casual shoes on the day of the event.
3. 請同學們自備環保杯/保溫杯、文具，中華校區現場備有飲水機可供取用。 Bring your own reusable water bottle or thermos. Water dispensers will be available on site.
4. 建議可攜帶防蚊蟲藥膏。It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent or ointment for personal use.
