講師：蔣尚義 博士 
講師簡介：

Dr. Chiang earned his B.S. degree from National Taiwan University in 1968, his M.S. degree from Princeton University in 1970, and his Ph.D. Degree from Stanford University in 1974, all in Electrical Engineering. After completing his study, he worked at Texas Instruments and Hewlett-Packard. He returned to Taiwan in 1997 to serve as TSMC's Vice President of Research and Development. He was TSMC’s Co-Chief Operating Officer when he retired at the end of 2013. After that, he served two more years as the Adviser to Chairman. He was CEO of HSMC in Wuhan, China, from 2019 to 2020 and Vice Chairman of SMIC in Shanghai, China, from 2020 to 2021. He has been Semiconductor Chief Strategy Officer of Foxconn since November of 2022.
