Welcome to the College of Semiconductor Research (CoSR) at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU). We offer Master's and Ph.D. programs for outstanding international students passionate about semiconductor research and innovation.

1. Programs Offered

2. Eligibility

Academic Qualifications:

Master’s: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Ph.D.: Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Language Requirements:Certificate of CEFR B2 level above (TOEFL iBT 80, TOEIC 850, IELTS 6.5)

3. Application Admission

MOFA Taiwan Scholarships

Industry sponsorship (up to NT$20,000 / USD$600 per month)

National project sponsorship under individual labs/professors
