講題：高頻，高速，高功率，高可靠度產品之關鍵材料，技術與創新

講師簡介：

Dr. Chin-Sheng Wang was born in Tainan, Taiwan. He received his Master and Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1987 and 1992, respectively.
He worked for Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) from 1992 to 1997,then he joined Unimicron Technology Corporation and devoted to IC substrate development for three years. Afterwards, he shifted to Subtron which was acquired by Unimicron in 2000 and served as the Vice President of Engineering afterwards. He and his team focused on the development of substrates for the applications of RF and LED products in which the heat dissipation become more and more challenging, his team created novel sol utions and acquired many patents. He also has many years of experience and expertise in electroplating and surface finishing. He returned to Unimicron in 2016 and took over R&D department of PCB II as senior Vice President
in 2017. He and his team dedicate d in the development of PCB for high speed and high frequency, high power applications. He is now in charge of the New Business Development Division I and Advanced Technology Development Center as VCTO and focus on the most advanced technologies developmen t for the next generation
products.
