講師簡介：

簡歷:台灣大學 應用力學碩士, 台灣茂矽電子公司, 世大積體電路公司, 台灣積體電路製造公司, 南亞科技公司.

事蹟:

- 主要研發領域: 微影製程, OPC/光罩技術, 10奈米DRAM製程, 3DIC製程.

- 論文發表31篇, 專利取得33篇及數場研討會invited speaker.

- 入選為 ”2016 Marquis Who’s Who in the World”.

講題：DRAM Technology Introduction

摘要：

DRAM has been invented more than 50 years and is an essential component in ubiquitous computing world. In this lecture,

the DRAM technology in system operation and the evolution of array device, capacitance and key processes will be introduced.

The future of memory will also be addressed specially for the future AI application.
