講者介紹：
Sinyi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Cheng Kung University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University. Currently, she serves as the APJ Director of Support Engineering Management at Microsoft.

As a seasoned PMP and an Agile Hybrid Project Pro, Sinyi is recognized globally on LinkedIn as a "Top Project Management Voice" and a "Top Program Management Voice."

With two decades of cross-cultural experience, Sinyi has demonstrated practical leadership in over 80 projects, spanning various areas such as HR, finance, marketing, operations, business planning, strategy, consulting services, global capacity management, and technical support. In her leadership roles, she has overseen diverse teams worldwide, earning accolades including the Microsoft "Gold Club" award and "The Leader" award for her integrated approach to strategic goals, business value, and people-centric leadership.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Sinyi is a mother of two and has been a lecturer at multiple universities for nearly seven years. Additionally, she writes with her pen name Mrs. MAMAA as a columnist for Crossing.

二十年的國際生涯，Sinyi 遍歷北美洲與亞洲，並多元跨界人資、財務、行銷、營運、業務規劃、策略幕僚、顧問諮詢、全球產能布局、技術支援等領域。

在多年的管理職中，Sinyi 領導全球數百名夥伴，以融合戰略目標、商業價值和以人為本的領導風格，榮獲微軟總部大獎「金牌俱樂部」(Gold Club)，與全球「最佳領導人獎」(The Leader) 的肯定。

她同時也是一位具有十八年跨國外商經驗的專案管理師，擁有深厚的敏捷專案管理技能，並獲選為專業社群平台LinkedIn全球「專案管理話題人物」(Top Project Management Voice)與「計畫管理話題人物」(Top Program Management Voice)。

企業工作之外，Sinyi 是一位雙寶媽，也是斜槓近七年的大學講師，分享專案管理與生涯思維；外掛換日線專欄 <外商媽媽 Mrs. MAMAA「心」思維>，盼文字帶給世界更多的智信仁勇義，讓職場工作者身心靈都美麗。
