【教育訓練公告】114年6月份實驗場所─毒性及關注化學物質通識級教育訓練報名（含中英文場次）（Registration for June 2025 General Education Training for Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances）
依據《毒性及關注化學物質管理法》規定，凡進入實驗場所處理該類化學品之人員（含教職員工及學生）皆須完成教育訓練並測驗合格，方可進行相關操作。
According to the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act, all personnel (including faculty, staff, and students) who access experimental sites with such substances must complete training and pass the exam before conducting any related work.
114年6月場次如下，即日起開放報名至額滿或報名截止日止，名額有限請儘速完成報名！
The sessions for June 2025 are listed below. Registration is open until full or until the deadline. Limited seats—register soon!
【中文場次 Chinese Session】
- 課程名稱：毒性及關注化學物質通識級教育訓練
- 時間：2025年6月4日（星期三）14:00–17:00
- 地點：行政大樓第一會議室 R202
- 注意事項：
- 請準時出席，課程開始15分鐘後禁止入場與簽到
- 測驗70分及格，不及格者需重新補訓
- 完整參與課程且測驗合格者方可認列訓練紀錄
【英文場次 English Session】
- Course：2025 General Education Training for Toxic Chemicals
- Date：June 5th, 2025 (Thursday), 14:00–17:00
- Venue：Conference Room II, General Building I, R220
- Notes：
- Late arrivals (after 15 mins) will not be allowed to enter or sign in
- Participants must score at least 70 to pass the exam
- Leaving early will be regarded as incomplete participation
📌 報名方式 Registration Instructions
- 新進人員請先完成E化管理系統帳號註冊申請審核通過再進行報名；基於個人資料保護，請詳閱「個人資料蒐集告知同意書」確認同意後，進入系統建立個人資料；收到帳號審核通過通知信件後，請自行至環安中心環安衛E化管理系統報名。
Please sign in to the Environmental Protection and Occupational Safety and Health System. When you get the notification letter, please log-in and complete the on-site course application.

「單位與人員管理」→「人員管理」→ 點選「明細」查詢受訓紀錄
Please login the "Environmental Safety and Health Electronic Management System and go to:
Office and Personnel Management → Personnel Management → View“Detail”

未完成訓練或未通過測驗者，不得進入毒性及關注化學物質實驗或儲存場所
Personnel who have not completed or passed the training are prohibited from entering toxic chemical laboratories/storage areas.
