📢清大環安中心【114年度實驗場所安全衛生教育訓練公告】

Notice: Safety and Health Education and Training for Laboratory Personnel (2025)

🌟為確保實驗場所作業安全，轉知清大環安中心辦理之114年度新進實驗場所作業人員安全衛生教育訓練資訊如下，請相關人員儘速報名參加。

1. 受訓對象 Eligible Participants

新進實驗場所作業人員（如碩博士生、博士後研究員、助理、技術人員、專題生等）皆應參加「一般性安全衛生教育訓練」。

如使用危險機械、或進行危害性／有害性化學品實驗，亦須參加「危害性化學品通識教育訓練」。

※已於7月2日完成課程且通過測驗者，無須重複參訓。

All new laboratory members, including M.S. students, Ph.D. students, postdocs, research assistants, technical staff, and interns, must attend the General Safety and Health Training.

Those operating dangerous machinery or handling hazardous/harmful chemicals must also complete the Education and Training for Dangerous and Hazardous Chemicals.

※ Those who have completed the training and passed the test on July 2 are not required to attend again.

2. 教育訓練場次 Training Schedule

📌一般性安全衛生教育訓練（General Safety and Health Training）

• 8 月 28 日（四）上午 09:00–12:00
• 8 月 29 日（五）上午 09:00–12:00
  📍地點：旺宏館 1 樓國際會議廳（校本部學習資源中心）

📌危害性化學品通識教育訓練（Education and Training for Dangerous and Hazardous Chemicals）

• 8 月 28 日（四）下午 13:30–16:30
• 8 月 29 日（五）下午 13:30–16:30
  📍地點：旺宏館 1 樓國際會議廳

⚠️ 逾時 15 分鐘不得簽到入場，未簽到或提前離場者視同未完成訓練。
Late arrivals over 15 minutes will not be admitted. Early departure or missed sign-in will be regarded as absence.

3. 測驗規定與及格標準 Test & Pass Requirement

✔️ 完成【簽到 + 教育訓練 + 測驗（70 分以上）】即為合格。
✘ 不及格者須重新受訓並再測驗。
Passing = Sign-in + Complete training + Score 70 or above on the test.
Those who fail must retake the full training and pass the test again.

5. 查詢訓練紀錄 Training Record Inquiry

完成訓練後，請至環安中心環安衛E化管理系統 ＞ 單位與人員管理 ＞ 人員管理 ＞ 點選【明細】查詢個人訓練與測驗結果。

Please login the "Environmental Safety and Health Electronic Management System"＞"Office and Personnel Management">check the 「明細」"detail" out yours score.

6. 重要責任 Important Responsibilities

進入實驗場所之前，所有人員（即使該人員不進行實驗）均應先完成教育訓練並考試合格，因故未能完成教育訓練之人員不得進出實驗場所作業。未完成教育訓練合格人員進入實驗場所，將被主管機關處以罰款，實驗場所負責人將對其行為承擔全部責任。

It's obliged for everyone to complete the education and training courses before entering laboratories and start working, even if the person doesn’t run experiments. The one who doesn't complete the education and training courses might be fined by competent authorities, and the principal investigator of the laboratory will bear the full responsibility for his/her actions..
